Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website deforestsolutions.net (the "Site") operated by Deforest Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
This Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact between property owners and Deforest Solutions, LLC. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any contact form
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Site without written permission
- Use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
No Real Estate Brokerage Services
Deforest Solutions, LLC is an independent real estate investor, not a licensed real estate brokerage. We purchase properties directly. Nothing on this Site constitutes licensed brokerage services, a listing agreement, or a formal offer to purchase any property. Any purchase transaction will be governed by a separate, written purchase agreement signed by both parties.
No Obligation
Submitting your contact information or a property inquiry through this Site does not create any binding obligation on either party. We reserve the right to decline to make an offer on any property for any reason. You are not obligated to accept any offer we make.
Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
These terms apply to the Deforest Solutions text messaging program.
- Program description. Deforest Solutions sends text messages to people who opt in by (1) checking a text message consent box on a form on this Site, (2) texting us first, such as texting the number on one of our postcards or tapping Text on Greg’s card page, or (3) agreeing on a phone call and then replying YES to our confirmation text. Depending on how you opted in, messages may be about your property inquiry (such as scheduling a walkthrough, questions about the property, and updates on your offer) or marketing messages (such as cash offers and check-ins about selling your property). Each opt-in method, with its exact wording, is shown on our Text Message Program page.
- Consent is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not required to submit a form and is not a condition of any purchase or sale.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and your conversations with us.
- Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- How to opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again.

- Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.
